File transfer time is slooooow, you can't add any kind of executable file to the connected HDD through the CWA, and any file you store or update through the CW A interface will have an incorrect creation and/or modification date. You absolutely have to have at least one Wi-Fi enabled device to talk to the CWA in order to set it up. I was able to send and receive files to it from every computer on my network. Do it in this order or the router won't recognize the CWA. When restarting your network turn on the router first then wait for the router to boot up first, then turn on the Canvio Wireless Adapter, or CWA.
